I'm Lauren - Your Central Florida doula and birth photographer! 


I am passionate about birth, whether that means supporting you and your birth goals through doula care, or capturing raw, heartfelt moments through documentary birth photography that tells a story you can feel, I’m here for it all. 


I offer prenatal appointments and education, natural birth prep, birth plan consultations, labor support, and postpartum support, as well as maternity, birth, and newborn photos.

I’m here to help you prepare for the birth you’re envisioning, understand your options, and make decisions confidently. I’m in your corner every step of the way, through pregnancy, labor, and those first moments with your baby.

As a documentary photographer, I capture the birth of your motherhood, preserving the story of your birth authentically, as it unfolds. From the anticipation of labor to the first breath, the tiny details, the big moments, and all the people who supported you along the way.
